The outdoors energises her, and dancing is her passion — especially at weddings.

Her journey to becoming a celebrant began when close friends held an intimate nursing home wedding due to illness in the family. Though not yet qualified, Nicki created a heartfelt ceremony for their extended loved ones later that day. The experience inspired her to formally become a celebrant.

Moyra Major is an experienced media professional with over 25 years in radio, having hosted both Drive and Breakfast shifts. 

Known for her warmth, quick wit, and natural connection with audiences, she has built a trusted voice both on air and on stage.

She is also a lively trivia host and the founder of Major Confident, where she works with children, adults, and celebrities to build confidence and communication skills. 

Drawing on decades of live broadcasting experience, Moyra helps people overcome nerves, find their voice, and speak with clarity and impact.
